At Nordic Socks, we want you to feel the warmth of our premium wool blends with absolute confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn socks in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
